Konstantinos has helped multiple clients to identify properties, design and deliver real estate development projects including a hotel, an IT firm headquarters facilities, and a special economic zone. Economic development is an integral part of his project work. He has designed and supervised private and public real estate projects and multiple small-and-medium enterprise-focused programs across food, retail, and construction sectors to uplift productivity through lean processes.

Examples of Konstantinos’s client work include the following:

• developing an integrated strategy for private and public development projects to be subsidized for funding of the investments by European and National Funding programs. These feasibility studies included the conceptual masterplan, priority sectors, infrastructure, economic forecast, and preliminary financing plan.

• designing and supervising the constructions of 61 private mansions, 12 multistorey residential buildings wand commercial spaces, 3 Industrial facilities, 4 hotel facilities, 3 office buildings, 10 restorations and upgrades of listed buildings, a city town hall, theater and cultural center facilities.

• conducting real estate valuations for investment banking and securities divisions of leading Greek banks.

• conducting multiple due diligence efforts in infrastructure, including market sizing, competitive analyses, and the evaluation of entry strategies or potential acquisitions across properties, renewable energies and environment.
